Service Description
A prayer ministry appointment (or PMA) is a 2-3 hour session of Spirit-led prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, aimed at supporting those experiencing any kind of spiritual, emotional, or mental issue.




Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Your Appointment Prayer Ministry Appointments (PMAs) can be booked online via our website. Once your application has been submitted and accepted, you will receive confirmation of your appointment details by email. Appointments are offered either: Online (via Zoom) In-person (at an agreed location) 2. Administration Fee & Bursaries An administration fee is payable at the time of booking: Standard Fee: £25 Bursary Rate: £15 (for those experiencing financial hardship) We want prayer ministry to be accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to select the bursary option—no further explanation is required. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment or request a refund of your administration fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice: Refunds are not normally available, but we may offer to reschedule at our discretion. Non-attendance (no notice): The full administration fee will be retained. 4. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to fit within the allocated time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to treat the appointment as a non-attendance. 5. Confidentiality All prayer ministry sessions are treated with respect and confidentiality. However, confidentiality may be limited where: There is a concern about your safety or the safety of others Disclosure is required by law 6. Nature of Prayer Ministry Prayer ministry is: Christian, gentle, and Spirit-led Non-directive and non-judgemental Focused on helping individuals encounter God’s love, healing, and truth Please note: Prayer ministry is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care We do not provide counselling, diagnosis, or clinical treatment 7. Safeguarding We are committed to safeguarding all individuals. Appointments for those under 18 require parental/guardian consent Appropriate safeguarding procedures will be followed at all times 8. Suitability of Appointments In some cases, we may suggest that prayer ministry is not the most appropriate support for your current situation and may recommend alternative help. 9. Agreement By booking a Prayer Ministry Appointment, you confirm that: The information you have provided is accurate You understand the nature and scope of prayer ministry You agree to this booking policy
