Christian Prayer Ministries exists to help people encounter Jesus’ healing love and power through Spirit-led prayer ministry.
By becoming a member, you can play an active role in our mission, with each membership tier offering unique ways to participate in the life of CPM and our ministry.

For those interested in joining CPM, but who many be struggling financially, bursaries are available on the Supporter and Ministry membership tiers.
You will need to apply for a bursary before joining one of the membership tiers. Successful bursary applicants will be issued with a bursary code that they can use when signing up for membership

Membership Tier: Supporter
Not everyone is called to prayer ministry, but everyone can play a part in what God is doing through CPM.

This membership tier is for those who want to support CPM in a non-ministry capacity by bringing skills that can serve in different areas of the organisation - including IT, marketing, event management, hospitality, finance, and much more.
​
As a supporter member, there are also opportunities to meet and connect with local and national CPM members in community and prayer, complementing your existing local church attendance or membership.

Membership Tier: Ministry
The Ministry tier is for those who sense a calling to serve others through prayer ministry with CPM.
We offer a structured pathway of training, developing your discernment and learning from those experienced with prayer ministry, within a supportive and accountable community.
Members are nurtured not only in skills, but in spiritual maturity, humility and dependence on God.
This membership charge includes costs of ongoing skills development and your own Prayer Ministry Appointment on an annual basis.

Membership Tier: Partner
Partner Membership is for organisations who wish to partner with CPM.

Partners help provide credibility, enable community development across the UK or creates opportunities to connect with others that will benefit from this ministry.

Christian Prayer Ministries (CPM) membership is a way of belonging to the life, mission, and our community hub network. It encourages our supporters to be engaged with their skills and talents to help foster this ministry offering in local locations. It provides a shared framework of accountability, safeguarding, communication, and spiritual alignment for everyone involved in or supporting CPM’s work. For individuals, it’s ideal to compliment your existing local church attendance or membership. CPM is not a church; it does not provide the full range of teaching topics nor the regularity of local meeting and pastoral support that a local church would offer.
CPM membership is open to individuals and organisations who share our Christian values and vision, subject to application and agreement with our code of conduct. Membership is available across different tiers, including ministry members, community members, and partner members.
Membership helps to ensure that everyone connected with CPM operates within a clear, safe, and accountable structure. It enables safeguarding, appropriate communication, and shared responsibility, while also fostering a genuine sense of belonging rather than simply transactional involvement. The membership fee from Supporters and Partners also helps to cover organisational running costs and keep low our administration fee and bursary offering for prayer ministry appointments. It’s our hope that there will be no financial barriers for guests to benefit from this life giving prayer.
CPM offers different membership tiers. The Supporter Member is for those supporting the local community and using their skills & talents (but not in prayer ministry). The Ministry Member is for those accepted onto the ministry training programme or authorised prayer ministers. The Partner Member is for organisations whether churches, counter part healing ministries or other organisations strategically partnering with CPM. Each tier has tailored benefits, expectations, and opportunities for engagement.
Yes. CPM membership includes an annual subscription, which helps support the administration, safeguarding, training infrastructure, and ongoing development of the ministry. It also helps to keep low the cost of the prayer appointment appointments and helps resource the bursary option. Subscription details and tier pricing are clearly outlined on the membership plans.
Membership applications are made online via the CPM website. Once submitted, applications are prayerfully reviewed, and you may be contacted for further information depending on the membership tier. Membership must be approved before access to certain areas, including ministry training, is granted.
