Community
As a Member of CPM, you are invited to join a Spirit-filled community walking together in faith, support, and encouragement as we live out God’s purposes.
Rooted in Prayer
As our name suggests, prayer is at the forefront of Christian Prayer Ministries, whether we are ministering to the needs of others, or gathering in different community settings.
Through our network of Local Hubs, Waiting on God Zoom meetings, Refresh Days, Inspire Days, and other special events, we create spaces and opportunities to listen for God, grow together, and build meaningful relationships.
So, whether you are a prayer minister, a volunteer, or someone who shares our vision, you are warmly invited to journey with us.

Local Hubs
At the moment, CPM are developing our hub offering and would like to see these in many different locations across the UK.
At the heart of the CPM Community are our Local Hubs — small, relational gatherings where members connect regularly in their own area.
Hubs provide a simple and welcoming space to pray together, share faith, and support one another as we journey with God and with each other.
Whether you are new to CPM or have been part of the ministry for many years, joining a Local Hub offers a way to build meaningful relationships, grow spiritually, and feel rooted in a community that values listening, discernment, and love.
Once you become a CPM Member, you will be invited to join your nearest Local Hub and will have access to a group page in the Members Area.

Waiting on God
Open to all CPM members, Waiting on God Zoom meetings offer a precious opportunity to gather as a praying community, united in listening for the voice of the Lord. Together, we seek the Holy Spirit’s leading through scripture, words, and pictures shared during a time of quiet reflection and intercession.
These evenings are rich with encouragement, as we learn to wait on Him not only for ourselves, but for the wider ministry of CPM. Whether you're new to this kind of listening prayer or have long practised it, all are welcome. Let us continue to stand firm together, clothed in the full armour of God, and attentive to His voice.
Details of upcoming Waiting on God gatherings can be found in the Members Area of the website.
Refresh Days
Refresh Days are special opportunities for all CPM members to come together in a relaxed and faith-filled setting, reconnect with friends, be encouraged, and bless one another.
Refresh Days will typically take place on a Saturday. The day will usually begin with coffee at 10:00am, followed by a time of worship, socialising over lunch (please bring your own packed lunch), and an afternoon of sharing and prayer. The day will close around 3:30pm.
Details of upcoming Refresh Days can be found in the Members Area of the website.

Inspire Days
Our Inspire Days are a wonderful opportunity for members across the country to gather in person for a day of worship, teaching, fellowship, and encouragement.
The highlight of our Inspire Days will typically be a keynote talk by a respected voice in Christian healing ministry.
For those unable to attend in person, the morning sessions will be streamed live via Zoom, with a recording of the keynote talk being made available afterward in the Members Area of the website.
Details of upcoming Away Days can be found in the Members Area of the website.
Community - Frequently-Asked Questions
The CPM Community is the wider fellowship of people connected to the life and mission of Christian Prayer Ministries. It is a space of belonging for those who value prayer, healing, and spiritual growth, and who want to journey alongside others with a shared heart for God’s work.
The CPM Community describes the relational life of Christian Prayer Ministries—how people connect, gather, and journey together. Membership, by contrast, provides the formal framework that supports this life, including safeguarding, accountability, communication, and access to specific roles or pathways. In practice, community is the lived experience, while membership is the structure that enables it to flourish safely.
Community members are invited into the rhythm of CPM life through gatherings, events, newsletters, prayer updates, and opportunities to connect both locally and online. Involvement is relational rather than demanding, allowing people to engage at a level that suits their season of life.
No. Community membership is distinct from ministry training. While some community members may later discern a call into prayer ministry, the community exists first and foremost as a place of connection, encouragement, and shared faith, not assessment or training.
CPM nurtures community through local hubs, in-person gatherings, online meetings, and digital resources. This allows people to remain connected whether they live near a hub or engage primarily online, creating a sense of shared life beyond geography.
