Cancellation Policy

By booking a Prayer Ministry Course (PMC), you agree to the following: Course format A PMC is a two-day event. Day 1 consists of teaching by members of the CPM Team and may be attended in person at the host church or online via Zoom. Day 2 is mainly dedicated to Prayer Ministry Appointments (PMAs). Because space at the host church is limited, some in-person PMAs may take place in the homes of local church members. Appointment times and locations will be confirmed before the course. Online PMAs will usually take place via Zoom after the PMC has concluded. Bookings and payment All bookings and payments must be completed online. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, and a place is confirmed only when payment has been received. In-person places are subject to venue capacity. PMA times and locations are allocated by CPM and cannot always be offered at a participant’s preferred time. Should capacity for in-person PMAs have been reached, you will be offered an online PMA, date and time to be agreed – following the PMC Waiting list Where a booking option is full, you may be able to join a waiting list. This does not guarantee a place. If a place becomes available, it will normally be offered in waiting-list order and may need to be accepted within a stated period. Cancellations and refunds Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course will normally receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be non-refundable, although CPM may offer a transfer to another course where appropriate. No refund will normally be given for non-attendance or for missing part of the course. If CPM cancels the course, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer. Changes CPM may make reasonable changes to speakers, timings, venues, appointment arrangements or delivery methods where necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes. Online participation Online participants are responsible for having suitable equipment, internet access and a private location. Zoom details must not be shared. Confidentiality and conduct Participants must respect the privacy, confidentiality and wellbeing of others. Teaching sessions and PMAs must not be recorded without prior permission. CPM may refuse or withdraw participation where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
